Coniston Playground Association - Ladies Gala.
This year's Ladies Gala topped the charts… We raised a whopping $3464.40
for the Coniston Playground Association.
Thank you to all the ladies who came out to support us and to all the vendors
for their very generous donations! Special Thanks to Stella our Hostess with the
most-est, our fabulous firefighters who did a great job serving and our
magnificent MC/entertainer Dani Star!
The true heroes of the evening were Coniston Northern Credit Union, Canada
Petro (Bob), Coniston Lions Club, Coniston Seniors and Dani Star. Through their
very generous monetary donations, this year’s Ladies Gala was the most
successful yet!

An excellent day, despite the rain! There were Pony Rides, Horse Trolley Rides, Clowns & Balloons, inflatable jumping rooms, castle maze, Junior Pony Hop, Hockey Shoot Out, Field Goal Football Carnival Games, Face Painting, Golf Challenge Game, Fish Pond, Smokey the Bear, Sudbury Regional Canine Unit, Emergency Vehicles (Coniston Fire Truck & MNR Fire Truck). And to end the day was a Spaghetti Supper at the Colonial Inn Special thank you to our sponsors: Caisse Populairie, Coniston Northern Credit Union, Lopes Mechanical Limited, our Councillor Doug Craig from the Greater City of Sudbury and of course our own Coniston Lions Club.
