Coniston Community Gardens.
You will notice 4 plots of raised beds and a shed have been placed in Centennial Park. A mix of vegetables and herbs have been planted and the food will be donated to the Coniston Food Bank. Trail Report - Rainbow Routes.
We are working with Rainbow Routes to create a walking trail within Coniston, from the schools to Caruso. 1.9 km. And new a development, a 5.9 km Snowshoe Trail (Daisy Lake Upland Snowshoe Trail). These initiatives will be branded as "Get Connected" to Coniston. Local organizations, please email us a letter of support/endorsement to myconiston@eastlink.ca for this project so we can speed up the process and get connected sooner than later! Thank you.
